Western Colorado Regional Science & Engineering Fair (WCRSEF) will hold its 69th annual fair on February 21, 2025. WCRSEF is a regional science fair affiliated with the Coloardo Science and Engineering Fair (CSEF). Ten to fifteen projects will qualify for the 2025 CSEF being held April 3 – 5, 2025 in Fort Collins, CO at Colorado State University.

As you prepare to begin your project, please know we understand that the paperwork can be confusing. The best place to start is with the ISEF Rules Wizard. This will help you know which forms you need to fill out, depending on the kind of project you are doing. The wizard is an awesome way to see what each project needs and you can download the forms right there – super easy!

Guidelines to the rules and form requirements can be found on the Regeneron International Science & Engineering Fair website (ISEF Forms and Rules). Critical forms and approvals are necessary when a project involves humans, vertebrate animals, DAN, tissue, pathogenic agents and/or controlled substances. All forms must be typed! Handwritten forms will not be accepted.

The Colorado Science & Enginering Fair also offers a Rulebook and Forms for Middle School. This is an option for grades 6 – 8 ONLY. You can still use the ISEF forms if you would like, just don’t mix and match CSEF and ISEF forms!

All project forms (ISEF or CSEF), registration forms (individual or team) and fees ($25 per project) are due to the WCRSEF on February 5, 2025.
